Step 1: Complete our health assessment form. This form will help your nutritionist to understand your health needs and enable them to create a wellness plan tailored to you.
Step 2: Complete your 3-day Food Journal and submit it before your first appointment. This gives your nutritionist insight and is used in the making of your custom meal plans.
1-on-1 Consultations: This program is designed for individuals who want to improve their overall health. During the consultation, we will review the importance of diet and lifestyle in achieving your optimal health and energy.

Appointments are available Online (Zoom), over the phone, via Facetime, or at our office in Halifax (Tuesdays and Thursdays only).
Please make your selection when you book your appointment.
We ask clients that request Online appointments to have Zoom installed and signed in before the scheduled appointment time.
In this initial meeting, your intake forms and 3-day food journal will have already been submitted and reviewed by your Nutritionist.
We will complete a thorough assessment of your health goals, health history, your current symptoms, diet, sleep habits, stress levels, and overall lifestyle. Support on your journey to becoming your healthiest self will begin.
Please fill out and submit these forms before your first appointment (available on the FORMS page): 1. Client Information Form, 2. Daily Food Record and 3. Client Statement of Agreement. Please submit these forms at least 1 day prior to your first appointment.
In these follow-up sessions, you will learn tricks and tools for deep nourishment, based on your unique health issues. You will be provided with guidance, meal plans within your budget, supplement protocol and recipes to ensure you reach your health goals and support your body to thrive and heal itself.
If you are a new client and book this appointment, we will contact you about changing your appointment type.
In these subsequent sessions, you will be fully supported to further your knowledge and deepen your commitment to your ever-evolving health.
I am based in Halifax, Nova Scotia and see clients from across Canada. If you prefer virtual appointments, you have the option to book an online appointment (ZOOM, Facetime), or to have your appointment via phone call.
Virtual and phone appointments are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
