Service Description

This is an Online/Phone appointment (please indicate whether you'd prefer Online [Zoom], Phone call, or FaceTime when booking). --- In these subsequent sessions, you will be fully supported to further your knowledge and deepen your commitment to your ever-evolving health. Phone Appointments: Please provide the phone number you would like to use for your appointment. Online Appointments: Online appointments take place on Zoom (not at our Halifax office). Please have Zoom downloaded before your first appointment. NOTE: New clients first need to complete our intake forms, daily food record, and book an initial consultation. If you are a new client and book this appointment, we will contact you about changing your appointment type.

Cancelation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for any canceled appointments. If you are late for the start time of your booked appointment, you are still entitled to the remaining time (ie: if you are 10 minutes late for a 60-minute appointment, you will still be able to participate in the session for the remaining 50 minutes). For the convenience of all of our clients, if you are late for your appointment it is not possible to run later than your original booking (as that extra time may impede on another client’s session).
