1-on-1  Consultations

​This program is designed for individuals who want to improve their overall health. During the consultation, we will review the importance of diet and lifestyle in achieving your optimal health and energy.

Consultations can take place at our office (select hours), over the phone (call or facetime) or online via Zoom.

1to1 Consultations


In this initial meeting, your intake forms and 3-day food journal will have already been submitted and reviewed. We will complete a thorough assessment of your health goals, health history, your current symptoms, diet, sleep habits, stress levels, and overall lifestyle. Support on your journey to becoming your healthiest self will begin.

Please fill out and submit these forms before your first appointment: 1. Client Intake Form, 2. Daily Food Record, 3. Client Statement of Agreement


$75  |   60 MINUTE SESSION

In these follow-up sessions, we will further expand and build on your health goals. You will be provided with guidance, meal plans, supplement protocol, recipes, and recommendations to achieve your healthiest self.


$50  |   30 MINUTE SESSION

In these mini-sessions, you will be able to check-in online or over the phone for a quick review or to answer specific questions pertaining to your health goals.

Options can include:

  • A speaking presentation, online or in person, on a variety of health and wellness topics relative to the particular group.

  • 1-on-1 consultations for employees that can be set up in a boardroom onsite or virtually. Staff will be offered customized, educational, and professionally presented feedback after a 3 day food journal and intake form is submitted in advance.
